Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Girls Know. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.

Where we ship. We ship worldwide. Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partners and delivered to most countries. If we're unable to ship to your location, you'll be notified before any charge is finalised.

Order processing. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery times. Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom & North America: 7–12 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be longer during peak periods, sales, or due to customs processing.

Shipping costs. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order value, and the exact amount is shown before you pay. Any free-shipping thresholds, if available, will be displayed at checkout.

Carriers & tracking. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers with tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email to follow your parcel to delivery.

Customs, duties & taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking your local import rules before ordering.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrectly entered address, but we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Delayed, lost, or damaged parcels. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@girlsknow.co within 7 days. We'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Order changes & cancellations. Need to change or cancel an order? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to amend it before it's dispatched. Once shipped, an order can't be changed.
