Refund & Return Policy

At Girls Know, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once the sealed packaging has been opened.

Size exchanges. We offer up to two size exchanges per customer per year. Items must be unworn and in original condition.

How to start a return. Email us at hello@girlsknow.co with your order number and the item(s) concerned. We'll reply with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Faulty or incorrect items. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items. Personalised or engraved pieces, pierced earrings with opened packaging, and gift cards cannot be returned unless faulty.
